Feeling super classy tonight. It’s time for some rainymood and the fragrance of dark coffee.
The last two day have been a blur. Spent them doing practically nothing but tending to my thoughts. I had a real nice conversation with Jeff my last morning. Fastforward to back at home after watching The Rainman, I noticed Jeff gifted me Portal 2! Honestly I probably would have never played it until it dropped way down in price or was rereleased with other games or something. But thus far I’ve found it extremely well done. The overall story is really pretty good. Portal 1 didn’t really have a plot until the end, which I enjoyed but wished I had more. This sequel definitely did it’s job there. There’s a lot of depth in the environment and as always—looks beautiful. To thank him, I decided to send Jeff a couple games. I sent him TF2 to play with me if he gets the chance, and Terraria. I’ve heard some absolutely wonderful things about that game, and once I finish Portal I’ll probably be buying that for myself next. Matt also got Portal 2, and I think PC players can play with the PSN users too, so me and him or Jeff and I can definitely check out the coop mode sometime.
Work has been painful lately. I wish more shit would happen here on campus. I’m bored half the night. I even turned to Omegle last night for some conversation. Yeah, it’s gotten that bad.
